What an inspiring challenge issued by the 12-year-old guest blogger this week. I know many an adult that could learn a thing or two from this kid. The challenge was to incorporate an LGBT theme into our work this week.
Here, I used Lightening Bolt (Suzanne McNeill), Groovy (Eden Hunt), Beadlines (Margaret Bremner), and Tripoli.
Love that big colourful ball that looks like it is going to crash down and change the world! Bright and full of determination!
ReplyDeleteWow. the colour really jumps out at you.
ReplyDeleteNice tile. Using the rainbow on the Lightening Bolt was great.
ReplyDeletenice use of colour and I like the tangles you have chosen
ReplyDeleteQuite beautiful and very intense!
ReplyDeleteYou can't miss the colour in this one! Nice combination with the tangles you chose.
ReplyDeleteI really like the abrupt change from color to not. Clever and really effective!
ReplyDeleteLove the rainbow ball against the black and white. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteWhat a contrast! Wonderful tile and very lovely idea!
ReplyDeleteVery clever take on this challenge. Nice!
ReplyDeleteI love the effect you created by this "bold" combination of color and B&W. It is clear that they reside on two completely different plains.
ReplyDeleteSo the graphic/visual effect is amazing, and unfortunately, it seems to reflect the same gap that exist in our world.
Well done !
